Refund Policy

Deposits and cancellations

A 50% deposit secures your booking.

Cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before your session, and your deposit moves to a new date.

Cancel less than 48 hours before, or don't show up, and the deposit is non-refundable.

You get one free reschedule per booking.

If we cancel, and block bookings

If we have to cancel your session, you get a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.

Block bookings (prepaid bundles) are non-refundable and must be used within 90 days of purchase.

Mixing & Mastering, and how refunds are paid

Once work on a song has started, its Mixing & Mastering fee isn't refundable.

Refunds are paid by EFT to the account you give us, within 7 working days.
